Sports osteopathy
Sportsman before becoming an osteopath
I have been and am myself practicing many sports.
A lifelong swimmer , competitor for almost 12 years, ex- water polo player, freediving enthusiast and swimrun Ötillö world series finisher, water is my favorite environment.
For several years I have been running , trail running and mountain trekking , looking for new bodies of water and breathtaking views.
While waiting for my next outing, you can find me at the dojo , where I practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu , luta livre and mixed martial arts (mma).
It is therefore quite natural that I am trained in sports osteopathy and physical preparation .
Intensive sports practice unfortunately often comes with its share of pain and injuries , I myself have experienced several rehabilitations .
I therefore know very well what this represents and I have been able to develop a particularly effective and adapted approach for the management of pain in athletes .
I offer personalized support for amateur or professional athletes. This is based on a combination of manual therapy , hypnosis and physical preparation .
